"Hotel in an ideal location for centre of town, close to railway station. Ideal to walk to parkrun in 30 mins. Dog friendly hotel. Some noise from city centre, but not too bad considering a Friday evening. Bathroom in need of an upgrade but was spotless and did not detract from pleasant stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Carpark monitored on cctv. I would recommend and definitely return"

"Not a lot of seats in the bar. There was four of us, but only seats for two at each side of the room were vacant. The ladies ended up at a table, the nen had to fit at the bar."

"Good parking area for a large van. Check in was easy and quick. Allowed to back up to door for unloading suitcases in the rain. Very comfortable beds. Showers were decent with extra large towels provided for pool. The pool and hot tub temperature was about the same. The included breakfast was incredible. I had a stack of fluffy pancakes with bacon in between each layer. Very accommodating staff Only thing missing in our room was a coffee machine. Just hot chocolate available when our group all likes coffee first thing."
