"This place is just as advertised! Comfortable and well appointed. I enjoyed that there were all the appliances and utensils we needed, including a measuring cup! We also really appreciated the coffee and tea set up, including creamer, sugar and Splenda. It's so nice to be able to make coffee in the morning. "The apartment was the perfect place for us to host a small Christmas dinner for our kids. Close to my son's place, and spacious enough for serious cooking. Also the perfect place to crash from all the travel and hide out from the cold weather. Are thinking about booking in the warmer weather so that we can enjoy the back deck and the nearby park."

We enjoyed staying in the heart of Federal Hill because it offered us an authentic neighborhood experience. The property was clean, functional, and offered all the amenities that we needed. We used the property to unwind after our wedding ceremony and we used it before the wedding ceremony as the boys house before the wedding. we picked up fallen branches and made a fire and the owner left us a smore kit that was had by all. Highly recommend. This was our first VRBO experience."

"The location is very convenient and the entrance is in the rear of the house where the gardens, tranquility pond, pool, outdoor seating are beautiful! "An extremely clean, well-kept apartment close to the good stuff downtown (ballparks, theatres, Inner Harbor). I needed a walkable place close to UMMC, and it's an easy walk. The building is gorgeous, and the apartment has pretty much everything you need. When I'm back in Baltimore, I'll stay there!"

"The property is in a sketchy neighborhood. We ended up going somewhere else because the shower didn't work, there were dead cockroaches and the window ac's didn't work well. It was quite hot in the apartment. Definitely not worth a stay."

"Communication was a little delayed but could be because we’re using a third-party for the booking. This place is okay for a short term stay like 2 days, not really long term equipped. "

"The unit was very clean and comfortable. However, the description said that it sleeps six, but it only slept 5. There are three twin beds and one queen. The bathrooms were not adequately supplied. There was one roll of toilet paper in two of the bathrooms and none in the third. Also, there was no body wash in two of the bathrooms. Parking is limited. Uber is required to get to the Inner Harbor. All this said, I recommend the property."
