"My experience wasn't pleasant when I checked in. One member of the hotel who approached me was very aggressive trying to show us the hotel, for some kind of membership, and because, we refused to do it, didn't let us do early check in and wait at the lobby for an hour and a half or I had to pay $12:00 for early check in, but, we checked out at 8:00a.m instead of 12:00p.m and didn't give me any refund for those 4 hours I didn't use. The room was very clean, the bed vey comfortable, I was disappointed about the adult shows at night, really I didn't saw any in 5 nights I was there, only had some kind of trivia. I came back with a lot mosquito bites. The buffet has not variety, every day serve almost same food. The rest of the staff, beside the member at the check in, very nice and Ms. Niurka, from customer service has exceptional customer service skills; she minimizes the bad experience we had at check in. She knows how to resolve difficulties smoothly. Also mr. Jose from the buffet area, was very nice and courteous. He was very diligent to help us when we need it."
