It was a very nice beach motel. Super clean & literally beachfront access. Nothing fancy but that’s what we wanted. It was super easy checkin. No person contact. They send you a code to open your door. We had a great time & will definitely be back!!!

This is an older motel that’s been remodeled, so the room was fresh and clean. It is literally on the beach. The bathroom was small but functional.

We were looking for beach access with a great king size bed and we got soo much more! The staff was always available to help, if not in the office through text. The room was great size and the bed very comfortable. If you are traveling to Cocoa Beach and want a great option with great prices Anthony’s on the beach is the way to go! We’ll be going every year now moving forward.

The room was small but nice. The bed very comfortable. The shower was great. The view was awesome. It's right on the beach. Heard the ocean in the room. The beach was clean and practically private. Has wooden swings on the beach. I'm going back again next month.

It was a different experience but a wonderful one. It is a small privately run Hotel and we were pleasantly surprised at how updated and clean the rooms were. The outside area is in the middle of being remodeled but it was very convenient to walk down to the beach. We had a full kitchen in the room so once we checked in, we never left. We will definitely be back!

Room was ready when we arrived. But the door jam was broken so it wouldn’t latch to lock without using the key. So every time we left the room, we would have to lock the door using a physical key. It would be nice for that to be updated. The beach access was wonderful and so convenient. There were chairs and other beach accessories available for use. Some were broken and things could be repaired there. Overall we enjoyed our short stay and would recommend for the beach access alone! Very quiet area as well

Couldn’t get any closer to the beach, great location, cleanliness was excellent & had everything we needed, communication from was great. We saw an air display & rocket launch from the view! Couldn’t ask for more.

You need to drive from Anthony's to get to food and stores, but access to the beach is wonderful. There is also a covered place to sit back from the beach and watch the waves.

Our second stay here. A repeat customer from a few years ago - fondly remembered it and specifically sought it out for our stay. Beach right off side porch, has an upper and lower deck, can use their lawn chairs on the beach. Please be cautious with the water though (especially with kids) as the constant rollers makes for a strong undertow. The aquatic themed bedspread a nice touch. Ice, microwave, good sized fridge. Nice spot. Try the New China takeout a couple of minues north for a tastey supper. Hope to come again sometime. Thank you guys.

First room couldn’t check in. No one at the office. Finally got checked in and air did not work. Moved rooms and there was mold in the bathroom and the shower didn’t drain. Very outdated and unclean for the price. Wasn’t going to attempt to use the coffeemaker. No gas grill available, beach was nice

It's a small motel on the beach. The very small staff seemed overwhelmed when the facility was full. So, they were still busy cleaning the rooms at check-in time. At least we could enjoy the beach, while waiting. They should relocate the designated smoking area to near the main road, not in the middle of the property. It's near the amenities area, which is between the rooms and the beach. The staff was very nice, but being very experienced in business and hospitality, some things didn't make sense. For a short stay on the beach, it was a pretty good value.
