The room was very clean. We liked the access to the beach. The owner was very nice and accommodating as we got in at 9 pm. It is a comfortable place to stay. We would stay there again.

Overnight stay, clean convenient, close to everything. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Had everything we needed, small dining table with chairs, mini fridge, microwave, single cup coffee maker, cups and coffee provided. We were very pleased with the accommodations.

The place is older but well maintained and the bed in room 102 was spectacular! Some of the best sleep I’ve ever had staying in a hotel. The view and beach access was amazing. It’s quiet, serene, and has everything needed. I just wish there was a vending machine and regular ice machine. But food and grocery is close. I will stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! We sat out on the balcony last night. The ocean view was great and the wind felt nice. The room was super comfortable and clean. It was nice to have 2 separate bedrooms for privacy. The kitchen was a plus as we went to Publix to get supper to bring back to the room. We will stay again in the future and recommend it to our family and friends.

Clean and spacious with living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Place was a bit worn but what I expected for the price. Kitchen was minimally stocked with necessary items. Loved the outside area. Upper & lower deck with seating. Beach walkway and landscaping with lighting for nighttime. I will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved Anthony’s on the Beach and will definitely be returning! The location was beautiful, room was very clean, and staff were absolutely wonderful. My only complaints were the conditioner and body wash being empty in the shower, and I’m 100% sure the staff would have gladly refilled had I discovered before my evening shower. Overall a 10/10 experience.

We enjoyed how close to the beach. The bed was very comfortable. We would have no complaints however, getting in touch with staff for more towels was terrible. I sent 1-2 messages, called 2 times and never heard back. Also, they sent check out instructions shortly before check out. We had already left. We loved the room itself but were disappointed with staff.

It was a very nice beach motel. Super clean & literally beachfront access. Nothing fancy but that’s what we wanted. It was super easy checkin. No person contact. They send you a code to open your door. We had a great time & will definitely be back!!!

This is an older motel that’s been remodeled, so the room was fresh and clean. It is literally on the beach. The bathroom was small but functional.

We were looking for beach access with a great king size bed and we got soo much more! The staff was always available to help, if not in the office through text. The room was great size and the bed very comfortable. If you are traveling to Cocoa Beach and want a great option with great prices Anthony’s on the beach is the way to go! We’ll be going every year now moving forward.

Second visit. We appreciate how clean and welcoming Anthony's is. We also appreciate the upgrades like counter tops, televisions. Our unit had a portable ac this visit which we did appreciate them ensuring there was working ac. We love the old Florida vibe of this quaint motel. One very small thing they forgot hand soap. Still a wonderful time, we will be back.

The room was small but nice. The bed very comfortable. The shower was great. The view was awesome. It's right on the beach. Heard the ocean in the room. The beach was clean and practically private. Has wooden swings on the beach. I'm going back again next month.
