Very cute and clean spot! Plenty of space for two teens and two adults! The condo had everything we needed and the beach out front was great! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the couch has seen better days and there is no breeze on the porch!

The pool and close walk to the beach was awesome. The bedrooms upstairs allowed the adults time together after kids were in bed. The beach supplies were a wonderful plus. The only item I would say was negative was the supplies in the kitchen. With 8 of us going out to dinner was not possible. There needed to be more cookware and plastic dishes to be used by kids. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and will consider it in the future. Bonus was we were able to see 2 rocket launches. Also we were able to rent a high chair from Babyquip which was a reference from the property manager.

The condo was nice overall, but a few small details missed the mark. The couch is noticeably worn and could use replacing. The guest room bedroom furniture was a little rickety. We had to screw in several screws on the bed to make it more secure. The main floor bathroom is missing a hand towel holder and a toilet paper holder. There’s also some mold on the baseboard behind the sink that should be addressed, and the cleanliness could have been a little better.The kitchen is fairly well stocked, but I’d recommend bringing your own toilet paper and paper towels—the ones provided are extremely thin and require excessive use. Investing in better quality supplies might actually be more cost-effective.That said, we had a great trip. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and local shops, which made everything super convenient. The Tiki Bar has great food and atmosphere. The closet is stocked with everything you would need for the beach, so you don't have to bring those supplies with you.

Family friendly property with easy beach access. The property had almost everything we needed. My only complaint would be that the fitted sheets don’t stay on the mattress and you wake up sleeping on the mattress cover in the morning. The air mattress didn’t have the correct fitted sheet provided but the flat sheet worked. I would have loved a few extra blankets. It was chilly for some and too hot for others so a few blankets would have been nice to keep everyone comfortable. We loved sitting on the patio. The property and condo were well maintained. It was an easy drive from Orlando Sanford int. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Furnishings were very tired. Could have been more thoroughly cleaned. Master bed far too low to floor. Pool was very well maintained with plenty of seating. Location on beach was excellent.

Nice clean property

We had a great stay and our teen boys had a great time at the pool and beach. The people taking care of the pool and property were very attentive to their duties in making sure everything was in order. The chairs and boogie boards were appreciated and in great condition.The unit was clean although a couple updates are needed. The master and 2nd bedroom beds need new mattresses.The washing machine had a black mold around the inside rim which needs a good cleaning.

Better than the pictures!

The condo was even better than the pictures. Loved the separation with living area downstairs and all bedrooms upstairs with large master bedroom that was separated from other two bedrooms. Great balcony with view of the ocean. Easy walk to the ocean and great pool with plenty of seating. We were actually there for Hurricane Milton, and Happy Palm Stays stayed in contact with us throughout making sure we were ok. Will book this one next visit for sure!!

The condo was everything we expected. Very bright, clean, and had everything you could need for a few days; ie toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, garbage bags, etc. We will stay here again for sure.

Perfect for kids and pets!

The best!! Our condo unit was updated, clean, very spacious, and had all the amenities you could possibly need. It also included a washer/dryer in the unit, which was a vacation game-changer since we have small kiddos! The complex itself is incredibly well cared for, from the pool and everywhere else in between. If you are looking for a family-friendly, pet-friendly, AND quiet place to spend your vacation, this is it!

Overall very nice place to stay. Parking was a little difficult. Pool hours could have been stated in description. Pool was closed at 7:30 by most nights. Liked the showers coming from the beach.

Good Family Vacation

The property was great. Considering it’s a dog friendly beach condo, it was clean. Just steps to the beach making it ideal with small children. Not a hassle to go to the beach and then back up again when they loose interest. The pool being heated was a great surprise. A few more kitchen tools would have been helpful, but plenty of places to eat out and enough to make simple dinners. We went with our toddlers and my parents. My father is elderly and has some mobility issues, and could navigate the stairs just fine. So great having 2.5 baths. My only suggestion would be in the second bedroom, the bed frame was not attached to the head board. So every time you got in and out of bed, it rolled around a little and made a loud noise. Which probably stood out to us since we had littles that could wake easily. Over great place, tons of space.

Perfect Spot!

Steps away from beach access & a spacious unit with all we needed for a week's stay (including so much beach equipment/games in the storage closet)! Cocoa Beach Club was a perfect spot for our family beach trip & we could definitely see ourselves coming back! Host was communicative when necessary & self check-in was quick & easy! So much to do in the area. Would definitely recommend!

On Top of Everyone

The property is as it is listed as. It’s very quaint. Some of the remodels I think could have had more money put toward them. Like new appliances? The condo was fine and is as described but a lot of tight areas that we were not expecting; like as soon as you come into the door. Some of the facets didn’t work well and there was indeed salt and pepper there. Another odd thing was after we got to the VRBO about 40 minutes in the housekeeper just walked in to bring kitchen towels. We were parked in the spot assigned.

Great vacation spot!

We loved the condo and property. The condo was roomy, clean, nicely decorated. The pool was very nice, and the beach was great - family friendly, beautiful. We’ll stay at Cocoa Beach Club again.
