Location, location... Lovely beachside corner condo. Tastefully decorated for your enjoyment, with parking for 2 cars. Two comfortable queen size beds, one in each room. Pullout queen sofa in living area. Courtyard is perfect to grab a book or a beverage and sit outside and lounge. Grill provided for easy dining. Washer/Dryer on premises. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, oven, microwave and dishwasher. New countertops and new bathroom vanity/mirror/ lighting and freshly painted. The shower head is awesome. Fully furnished condo with 3 smart TV's and high speed internet. Great for working from the condo. We provide beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. Very desirable area in a quiet neighborhood. Stroll to the famous Cocoa Beach pier. Watch a rocket launch from our beautiful beach. 5 minute drive to the port for a cruise. The location is great for all activities of the surrounding area (Ron Jon's, restaurants, etc.) Interested in fishing or looking for some R & R this is the perfect location for it all. Nearby shopping, golfing, paddle boards, kayak rentals etc. All things beachside for your fun in the sun. Come stay in our clean condo for your next vacation!

Another Great Stay

This was my second stay here and Pat was so much help and so accomadating I can't say enough good things about her! Place is so cozy, clean and well stocked just like last time! Thank you again Pat for making a stressful last minute stay making Mom and I both feel much better!!

Perfect Memorial Weekend Memories

This cute 2 bedroom condo was "just right" for our stay at the beach. My husband was participating in a small private fishing tournament out of Port Canaveral and the residence of the tournament providers was just past the CoCoa Beach pier where the weigh-in party was so this place was right in the middle of both places which turned out to be perfect!

Would return, was a very nice property and basically on the beach. Giving 4 stars because the internet was terrible, we couldn’t even wind down with streaming a movie at the end of the day without it constantly pausing and skipping and because we weren’t allowed to turn the thermostat below 70 degrees. 70 degrees is not a comfortable indoor temperature.

We stayed here for nearly a week on cocoa beach. The accommodations were absolutely perfect! Beautiful condo, extremely clean and excellent location. An easy block walk to a portion of the beach much less busy than the rest of the beach. Also a close walk down the beach to the pier. The owners were kind enough to let us know about a last minute satellite launch which we watched from our section of the beach. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, lovely condo for a stay. We plan to return next year!

This is a lovely condo, very comfortable for all 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids- 13 y and 10 y ). Very close to the beach and everything we needed for the beach (beach chairs, towels and umbrella and 2 boogie boards —-the boys were thrilled). Coin-op laundry on premises, so convenient! Communication was great for gaining access or any questions I had, which was exactly one question. We will be coming back to this little gem !

Pre-cruise stay

The location is great for a pre or post cruise stay. I made a couple of assumptions by not reading all info and looking at pictures. It is on the second floor and I am partial disabled. I can walk a little but not much. The stairs were a little difficult for me but we got in and I stayed in until we left, lol. The place was very clean and the beds comfortable. It was later when we got there so it was too warm for us to sleep comfortably. The stand up fan was a great help in one room but it would be nice to have another one for the other bedroom. The temperature keep jumping up so we had to watch it to stay comfortable. Window tint might help that too. It is a lovely location and we would definitely recommend it to others. Our host was great!Thanks for a lovely place at an affordable price!!

About the house

The house was very nice. It only had one fan though and it got hot at night. Super close to the beach which was super awesome. Overall was a great house.
