Have a fantastic vacation at this beautiful new 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath beach house within 200 yards of Cocoa Beach! It's ideal for extended family get-togethers, vacations, or corporate retreats.

The Pelican Beach House was designed with your comfort in mind. The open floor plan includes a downstairs great room with a 60 inch smart TV and high-end furnishings. An expansive fully furnished kitchen contains indoor seating for 12, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dishes, and pans. Sliding doors open to a view of your own heated relaxing private saltwater pool with a Baja shelf for sunning. Patio furniture and a barbeque grill surround the pool area. A bath with tiled shower and lovely lounge area are located on this floor for your convenience. A twin rollaway bed is available upon request.

Upstairs, a large master bedroom contains a king size bed, 49 inch SmartTV, and a double futon. The master en suite bath with corner soaker tub and separate shower also contains a convenient full size washer and dryer and walk-in closet. A balcony overlooking the pool can be accessed from this bedroom or from a hallway door.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 both offer queen beds and 39 inch SmartTVs. Bedroom 4 has two twin beds, 39 inch SmartTV, and a closet.

The garage houses a large washer and dryer. Two bicycles, a beach wagon, surfboards, belly boards, beach umbrellas, and toys for the beach and pool are here for your use. The garage and driveway provide parking for 4 vehicles, and public parking is available around the corner.

The property was built by the owners with easy access to the beach. There are no streets to cross, only a sidewalk to follow to the dune crossover. It's as close to oceanfront as you can be without being oceanfront. The Cocoa Beach Pier is a short walk of less than 1/2 mile down the beach. Stores and restaurants are also nearby, several within walking distance. The Space Coast Stadium Complex is 25 minutes away, making our beach house a relaxing place to stay after the ballgames.

This 2400+ sq. ft. beach house is one of two adjoining townhouses on a corner lot. Each townhouse has the following amenities:
*Private heated pool (not shared)

*Use your own Netflix, ect. accounts
*Some TVs have HDMI cords for gaming attached
*Internet service

*Towels and linens provided

Check in is 4:00 PM EST and check out is 10:00 AM EST. Security deposit is $500, cleaning fee is $245, and state and county taxes are 12 %. Renters will receive entry code and directions to the property. A single rollaway bed is available upon request for an additional guest. The price quoted is for up to 8 guests. Additional guests are $25 per person per night. Minimum age to rent this property is 30. We do require a rental contract and a phone conversation. This house does not qualify as a wedding or reception venue.

We are fully licensed with Brevard County and the state of Florida to operate as a vacation rental.

This property accommodates an extended family beautifully with plenty of bed/bath spaces, an impressive great room, a private pool and outdoor area, multiple washer and dryers, and plenty of beach equipment. The expansive kitchen and eating areas have what you need. Overall the property is very comfortable and enjoyable.

spent 2 days at this beautiful home prior to leaving on a cruise from Port Canaveral. We couldn't have asked for more ... spacious and clean, pool and very close proximity to the beach (beach towels, Bikes and toys included). Walking distance to restaurants as well. Superb! We will stay here again.

We stayed as a family of six for eight nights. The house was extremely clean and easily could fit up to eight people if necessary. The heated pool was a great option and the walk to the beach is really just a block away. You never even need to cross a street! There are plenty of delicious seafood restaurants nearby as well as mini golf and go karts! We would highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

Such a great experience from start to finish. Ms. Cathy is such a great host. She was available and informative throughout the entire stay. The house has everything you would need for a beach vacation. Very comfortable, we had 4 adults and 4 children most of the time with 3 additional adults coming in later and everyone was comfortable. The beach is literally a one minute walk. Cant wait to start planning our next trip

Wonderful host. Great property and location for family. The short walk to the beach was wonderful! The private pool to cool off in was a hit with both adults and kids. Everything we needed was there, from pool floats and beach wagon to sand buckets. The house was also well equipped with everything we needed for the little ones (high chair and portacrib). Room for everyone. We had a fantastic time, and hope to come back again!

This is an entire house perfect for my family which included a 3 year old. The pool is lovely, and the beach is a short block away. It was wonderful to be so near to the ocean and even though it was not yet swimming weather we were able to bask in the joy of the expansive natural beauty.The house itself is immaculate and beautifully furnished. There is every amenity you would need, including a washer and dryer. Everyone slept well on comfortable beds and bedding. What more can you ask for?Truly a great place to stay.

These two condos always come through. The amount of space in the duplex along with the location is unmatched. We celebrated my in-laws 40th anniversary with a total of 4 families and all the kids and everyone was comfortable. The beach is a short walk and the garages are fully stocked with everything you would want to bring with you for fun! Can’t wait to come back again!

The Pelican Beach House was a great vacation home for my family of 6 adults and 4 children (ages 6,4,3,20 months). The pool and its Baja shelf were perfect for the kids as was the safe and short walk to the beach. Restaurants and the grocery store are very close to the property. The area offers playgrounds and several casual bicycling routes. Cathy, the owner, was very responsive, attentive and helpful. We found the notebook guide to be a great resource for area attractions and restaurants.

I wish I could explain just how much my family and I enjoyed this home. It is everything as described and more. The owner is super helpful! She even had a book of information that we used, especially her recommended restaurants. The house was large and super clean. We had 10 people and still felt like we had our own space, never on top of each other. The pool made everyone happy and the walk to the beach is super short. I would recommend this home to anyone
