Wonderful location

Check in was seamless and communication was great. Everything was clean and well stocked. We were even notified that we could check in early if we would like. In three short days we visited the space center, my son took a surf lesson near the pier and we took a bioluminescence tour. The screen porch was perfect to start each day and relax each evening. This home is the perfect home base for all that Cocoa Beach has to offer.

Paradise a short walk

We stayed over spring break with a quick booking. Jim was very accommodating and helped us with any questions and recommendations. The unit was just as listed. It is 3 minutes walk to the beach. You can hear the waves sitting on the porch. The home has everything that you would need. It is very clean and inviting. We had no problems the entire stay, and definitely would come back if we chose Cocoa Beach again. We walked to breakfast the first morning. The Ron Jon store and The Cocoa Beach Pier are within walking distance too. Many great restaurants are within walking distance.

Great location, clean, comfortable, helpful host

This home is in a great location for walking to the less busy side of Cocoa Beach. It was a perfect base for our teenagers to have some independence and for us to have some peace and quiet. We enjoyed the screened in porch a lot too. Also loved that we could walk to the pier and to Fish Camp. Grocery store is nearby as well (though you wouldn’t want to walk there). Host was very helpful and easy to work with. I didn’t realize that the main bathroom doesn’t have a shower (it is listed accurately but I didn’t catch it) but that wasn’t a big deal since we purposely didn’t have a schedule. We had a super enjoyable stay! Thanks Jim!

Close to the beach and cozy

Great place to stay! A block from the beach and close to downtown Cocoa Beach. Jim was very responsive when we had questions and gave us the contact info for his assistant/housecleaner in case we had any issues. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes and utensils, which allowed us to easily prepare some quick meals at the house. The screened in porch and outdoor patio area was very cute and even had an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Overall, I would recommend this house! We had a great time!

Responsive Host

This host was very responsive to questions at check-in and throughout the stay. The bungalow is comfortable for 2 adults and a short 1 block walk to the beach was terrific. Screened porch and open patio allowed for comfortable outdoor enjoyment. The entire unit has been updated and in good condition. Kitchen well outfitted with pots/pans dishes for cooking light meals. Host quickly remediated an issue with coffee pot that needed to be replaced. Good view of Falcon 9 launches a definite plus.

Perfect

The property was exactly what we expected. It is a short walk to the beach. The owner has optimized the indoor and outdoor spaces to take advantage of the location. Our group of four adults and one child had enough space to be comfortable. Not too small, not too large, just right.

Family trip

We had a great stay. We came into town to do the 5k at Kennedy space center and to watch the rocket launch. The location was perfect. We could walk to the beach, pier and restaurants. There is a Publix practically across the street. We are a family with adult children and teens, and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Wonderful Beach Bungalow!

Our stay at this beach bungalow was wonderful! The interior is beautifully remodeled and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Communication was great - Jim was very responsive during our stay, answering all our questions and making great suggestions for local activities. The bungalow is a short drive to Kennedy Space Center and were thrilled to see two rocket launches during our stay! The beach is one short block away, and it's an easy walk to Cocoa Beach Pier. We enjoyed beach time including surfing, and spent time shopping at several local surf shops including the famous Ron Jon's. Highly recommended are the nearby Papa Vito's Pizza (walking distance) and Maui Girl Cafe (a few blocks further). For groceries, Publix is a general grocery store within walking distance, and nearby Sunseed Food Co-op had a great selection of natural groceries. The neighborhood is a safe residential area. We'll definitely look to stay here again during any future trips to the area!

Very clean bungalow in a perfect location !!

This is a very clean bungalow with an open concept with nice size rooms in a perfect location close to the beach, close to the newly renovated famous pier and close to many good restaurants, all within walking distance. The location is in a safe neighborhood as we could not feel more safe when walking through the neighborhood. The duplex has everything you need for a comfortable stay including cook ware, comfortable beds and even beach chairs for the beach. Love the screened in porch for sitting in the evening and having a cocktail while cooking on the nice grill on the property! Jim is definitely a premier host who we got back with us quickly with answers to some questions about the property. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Cocoa Beach as you will not be disappointed!! We will be going back to this property again for sure, Love it!! Thanks for having us as your guest Jim !!

Wonderful

Very comfortable, lots of kitchen accessories, great location. We walked just 2 blocks to the beach to see a rocket launch and experience to sonic boom... amazing. Nice neighborhood and easily walked to the Publix grocery store and the popular Cocoa Beach Pier. I'd recommend this place to everyone.
