You will fall in love with this sweet beach house. An open concept main room allows for your group to spend quality time together. Bright light shines through the large sliding glass doors leading to an outdoor patio, where you can continue your relaxation off the spacious main living room. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms gives plenty of opportunities to invite your guests to relax in their own space. Off the master bedroom, is a patio for a fireside glass of your favorite beverage. The large fenced in yard is perfect for families and your furry best friend! Beach access is a short two block walk to the end of the street. Use the beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and coolers to spend most of your time in the sunshine and waves. The world renowned Cocoa Beach Pier is a short walk down the pristine beach. You won't want to leave this special get-a-way. Welcome to your new favorite place!

Perfect location for watching a rocket launch on the beach. Also enjoyed the trip to the National Wildlife Refuge center. My dog loved the back yard in her search for lizards.

This place was wonderful! The beds were nice and comfy and it had everything we needed. It was short walk to the beach and we got to see two rockets launch from there. I wish I could give this place 10 stars! It is newly renovated and has absolutely everything you need. It is a very short walk to the beach or you can drive and park at the end of the street. We were in town for my son to play baseball at the Space Coast Complex and it was a very easy drive to Viera. I would recommend this house to anyone!

We had a wonderful trip to cocoa beach and this beach house was wonderfully stocked and a great location! We walked a short distance to the beach every day and it was like our own private beach! The outdoor shower was awesome, it really helped keep the sand out of the house! Would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to stay here again in the future!

Really cute property with a large backyard. The terrazzo floors are perfect for this home that is super close walking-distance to the beach and pier. The house is immaculate and is close to everything we enjoy about Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach.

Our family loved this house! Well appointed, modern furnishings with a beach vibe. Beach chairs, toys, wagon etc. A short walk to the beach. There was even an outdoor shower. We would definitely stay here again.

This home had everything you could think of, from towels to cooking needs. It’s also had all necessary beach supplies, from beach chairs to a good size cooler. The manager was also very nice and responsive to all my questions. I would definitely stay here the next time I’m in Orlando.

This is a wonderful property. Older home but updated. Property has a large yard, outdoor shower, and is walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Stephanie, the host, checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was good. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future..

We had a wonderful three week stay! There was everything you could possibly need in the house. It was very clean and welcoming upon our arrival. The location was perfect, right down the street from the beach. We even got to see a rocket launch early one morning! Communication with the host was very prompt. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
