"Great staff"

"Easy check in. Staff was very nice. Loved the pizza we had for supper. Can’t remember if it had a separate name but it’s with Starbucks. The margarita pizza with all toppings was delicious. Room was great and beds comfy. Was unfortunate that they had a refrigerated tractor trailer container on the side we were on. The constant running was annoying but we were on 6th floor and only staying 3 nights so we didn’t want to move rooms. Besides that it was a great hotel. "

"The best hotel for location. Close to the pier. We had a lovely dinner at the pier restaurant overlooking people surfing. It was warm and sunny - so relaxing. "

"Clean. Just needed for the night before we boarded our cruise so it worked for us. Breakfast - they ran out of food. Friendly staff. "

"This hotel was great. The only reason I did not give five stars for the staff & service was because the black lady with the curly hair at front desk was extremely nasty. I called before I arrived and she quickly dismissed me and told me I couldn’t check in however when I got there I was helped by someone else and was able to get checked in with no problems. On the last day she was very rude and dismissive and did not want to help with directions or cruise info. Other than this woman everything else was amazing but I will not be coming back. She was rude to everyone that came to ask her a question."
