"The room we ended up in was clean and the bed was the most comfortable compared to the other properties where we stayed.Their was a glitch with the first room and we were quickly assigned another room. The staff were understanding and moved us across the hall. I have to shout out Derrick, who works maintenance. We snagged him in the hallway and he attempted to fix the lock. He was victorious after we moved rooms. Good work!"

"Room on ground floor was dark, little outside light coming in, it was like living in a basement. Tile floor had splotches of some chemical everywhere. Ceiling light bulbs very harsh, cold and brilliant bright. Furniture looked recycled and room design features looked terrible. Zero ambience. Bathroom sink drained slowly. Room view was awful. 2nd wiliest hotel experience ever."
