"The Leonardo Hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we entered the lobby, we were impressed by its magnificent ambiance and warmly welcomed by the friendly front desk staff. The cleanliness and freshness of the entire property were truly refreshing. The hotel is also conveniently located near the High Street, where there are numerous restaurants and shops, all within walking distance of train and bus services. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would like to make special mention of Angie at the front desk. She was exceptionally professional, kind, understanding, and caring throughout our stay. Each morning, she greeted us with a warm smile, enquired about our well-being, and encouraged us to reach out if we needed any assistance. One morning, we informed Angie that the air conditioning in our room was malfunctioning. She responded immediately, arranging for us to be moved to another room on a different floor without any inconvenience. Kudos to you, Angie, for your outstanding customer service. The Leonardo Hotel was highly recommended by our chauffeur from Limousine Company iChauffeur in London, and we certainly have no regrets about choosing this hotel. Since returning home, we have recommended Leonardo Hotel to our family members and friends without hesitation. If and when we travel to London again, Leonardo Hotel will undoubtedly be our hotel of choice."

"Clean hotel, needs a bit of a face lift in certain areas. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very good value, with an adequate selection. I paid for an early check in (10.00 to 12.00), but on arrival none of the 3 rooms booked were available, 1st room became available within 15/20 minutes, then shortly afterwards the 2nd room became available. I also enquired about my upgrade bid on 1 of the rooms, that I was told I would hear about most likely before my arrival, which I did not, I was advised by a very polite front of desk lady member of staff that there were no family suites available, so my bid was unsuccessful. The kind lady did say that they would waiver to charge for early check in, as the hotel had failed to accommodate that request. I left front of desk with 2 of my 3 rooms and was told the 3rd room would be full cleaned within 15/20 minutes. I had to leave the hotel to get ready at home for a function, leaving my family who had travelled some distance in the 2 available rooms to also get ready for the function. On my return to the hotel I was told by my family that the hotel staff had come back to them and said an upgrade to a family suite was now available and did we want it, but we declined, as we were already settled in all our individual rooms and it would have been hassle to move as we were on a tight schedule to reach the destination of our function. On the whole the overall stay was good, but the early check in and upgrade were very disappointing."

"Easy access to long stay car park. Lovely restaurant now open, the supervisor in there very attentive and doesn't miss anything, giving advice to the younger members of the team. Rooms are getting ready for a revamp, and please replace the milk sachets, there are never enough and it goes all over the place."

"This hotel met our needs. It is in need of an update. The shower pan was dangerously slippery without any grab bars. There was a warning sign but better to put something on the surface to minimize or eliminate this issue. Also, in our assigned room, the tempering valve (that controls the shower water temperature) did not function and consequently the shower water temperature was extremely difficult to control resulting in a possible scalding as the hot water was extremely HOT!! This all said it was close to Stansted and met our needs before an early morning flight to Prague."
