Coeur d’Alene Luxury Waterfront Condo

  • This condo has the "wow" factor - you will not be disappointed. Gorgeous, loft-style, riverfront condo in the Riverstone area of Lake Coeur d' Alene. With floor-to-ceiling-windows, enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, kitchen and bedroom. Located on the 3rd floor, this corner unit has the best view of the river and surrounding mountains.

    Conveniently located, enjoy a short 3-minute walk to Starbucks, movie theaters, shopping and many restaurants. Also, the Centennial Trail is steps away; walk or ride your bike to City Beach, the Marina, the Resort or downtown. The condo is professionally decorated with all new furnishings, appliances and tasteful decor -- not your typical vacation rental! Condo has one bedroom with king-size bed and one bath. There is a contemporary fireplace in the living room for the winter and air conditioning and ceiling fans for the summer. The wrap-around deck offers a patio table and chairs, barbecue and a bar top table with two bar stools. Also, rest assured knowing the condo is safe with secured entry access and secured parking.

The condo was clean and organized. Kitchen was perfect for storage, space, and having the necessities. Parking was a little too tight I will have to admit but nothing I couldn’t conquer. Last, but not least the host was phenomenal. Truly helped me in a tiny pickle and I truly appreciated it. Will definitely be coming back!

Great Vacation

This is definitely a great vacation condo. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Owners were very cordial and accommodating. Within walking distant of restaurants and walking trails. We will definitely book this condo on our next visit.

Frank and Barb's condo was clean, comfortable, and modern. The best part was being steps away from a beautiful boardwalk. Barb was impressively responsive during our stay. We can't wait to come back!

Looking forward to our return

Our trip was cut short due to Hurricane Helene but without a doubt we would have loved it! The brief time we got to spend there was everything we thought it would be. The condo is just as the photos show. The whole setting is serene, beautiful and just relaxing. We can’t wait to book another stay!

Anniversary trip

We loved our stay at Coeur d’Alene. The condo was perfect. The view was amazing and we were close to everything we needed/wanted. Very quiet neighborhood. We especially liked the walking trail and docks along the water. Barbara was very responsive in my communication with her. Highly recommend.

Great location, great and comfortable amenities and quick response from host when needed. Only complaint (no fault of the owner) there was a remodel going on above the unit so not a relaxing trip as we wanted but there is a lot to to in the area so we were able to leave the condo 9-5p to escape the noise. We will stay again if we come back to the area!

Cozy Getaway with Stunning Views and Great Location

I rented this beautiful property for my husband’s birthday, and it exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect—very convenient to nearby restaurants. The view from the unit was stunning, and we were lucky enough to catch some snow on the last day of our stay. Barbara was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The only minor downside (and not the host's fault) was some construction below our unit that was a bit disruptive, but it only lasted for a couple of hours. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place!

Wonderful clean condo on the river!

Loved this place! Very clean, great location, and quiet. Plus the owners are helpful with area recommendations and addressed a small issue we had with the television quickly. You can tell Frank and Barbara care about their guests and take care of their condo. Location is in a new neighborhood. There are two restaurants downstairs and a shopping center two short blocks away with over a half dozen eateries, stores, and a movie theater. Only about 5 minute drive to downtown. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

This condo was perfect! Updated building, very close to bike/walking path, breakfast place downstairs plus lunch/dinner place downstairs, 2 regular bikes you can use, you can walk on walking path to area to rent jet skies and boating stuff. Owner was very prompt if you called. Neighbors were very nice. Own underground parking spot.Balcony overlooking lake. Very nice neighborhood, clean area. Beach spots along walking path. Ride your bike into town.

WOW! Beautiful Condo, Amazing Location, Great hosts!

WOW ..really does say it all! Condo was beautiful,very comfortable and clean. The views from the condo of the Spokane River were amazing! You couldn't ask for a better location. It was very close and within walking distance to a plethora of restaurants. We had a car but we chose to walk because the area is just so beautiful. The hosts were amazing. They answered all our questions and got back to us in a timely manner. We would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Coeur d'Alene. We will be back! restaurants restaurants

Good experience

Liked the condo. Nicely decorated and great view. Having two restuarants right there was great. One issue that was a problem for my husband and myself was the tub shower setup. Very difficult for us to use. Would highly recommend a grab bar or maybe two. I' m 77 and he is 82. We were afraid to use it.

Beautiful view from lovely condo

This condo complex is a great choice for a stay on CDA. The view on the Spokane River is fabulous. Condo is very clean, quiet and pretty. Location is great for restaurants (2 are right at the complex). Watching boats go by and grilling on balcony are highlights. Barb is easy to get in touch with. We would rent this one again. The only issue for me was the tub/shower. The ledge to step into the shower is quite high. I did not feel safe stepping in our out. Might not be any issue for others, but it was for me.
