Lookout Tower Duplex re-opening for Ironman 2023 and Fourth of July! In the heart of walkable downtown Coeur d'Alene. Blocks to the Lake and restaurants. You can hear the cheers from the Ironman finish line and watch Fourth of July fireworks from the rooftop deck! Wednesday Farmers market two blocks from the front door. Private shaded back patio with BBQ and hot tub.

Both bedrooms require stair access (2 separate staircases), sleeping spaces in separate areas of home. License #54425.

Be Aware of Stairs!

This condo is immaculate and in a great location. The only negative is the amount of stairs required to access the very nice bedroom (3rd floor) and bathroom is on 2nd. We don’t have knee problems but if you do, look for another place. Otherwise, this is a very nice condo.

This house was great and an easy walk to downtown for eating and walking around. It is a lot of stairs so be prepared for up/down.

Great location!

Loved the location, very close to restaurants, shops and the lake. The lookout tower was very cool and felt very private and away from the rest of the house. It has lots of stairs. I wouldn’t recommend this place for seniors or family with small kids. It was really hot in CDA during our stay. The a/c units are only in the bedrooms, not in the other areas. The kitchen/tv area stayed very warm during the day. Beautiful bathrooms and kitchen, very modern. We had a great time!

Great stay in Coeur d’Alene

Fantastic place perfectly located in the neighborhood just next to all the shops and downtown area! Had a great time and the place was adorable!

Bigger than it looks

A group of athletes stayed here for a week for a big triathlon event, and we found the place to be spotlessly clean, with modern bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and more room to spread out than the photos might suggest. The private back entry way was very convenient also. The property owner had many thoughtful features throughout the place, including beach towels, hot tub towels, nice linens for the beds and bath. Would definitely go back again.

Galentine Weekend

Location perfect walking distance to lots. Private hot tub was wonderful. Super cute apartment. LOTS of stairs! Favs were Master shower and “walk -in” closet ( size of a small bedroom). *suggest new non-stick pans.

October 2020 Stay

Very clean. Fun, modern and unique layout. Enjoyed the lookout; be prepared for stairs to the bedroom. Nice location to downtown. My family would stay again. Hopefully we can access the hot tub once Covid clears; it would have been a nice experience with the snowy weekend. Also, a snow shovel would be nice to have on hand; we had 5 inches of snow and we’re unable to clean the walks before they iced-over.

Wonderful house in downtown

We loved being able to walk to everything- lake, playgrounds, restaurants. House was like new inside. Completely new kitchen with great appliances. Nice full size washer and dryer. Bathrooms- brand new. Rainfall shower. Everything worked great. Enjoyed the rooftop Deck with view of the lake. Unfortunately Too much smoke in the air from the fires blocking the view The week we were there. There is also a bbq grill outside, but due to the smoke we did not use it or go outside much. There is a hot tub too, but due to COVID could not use.
