Staff were doing their best - it was obvious that a lot of renovation work was being done but they had a long way to go. Needs to have double glazing on windows to stop a lot of the traffic noise.

Everything I needed for a short stay. Late arrival was easy, with a thoughtful hand drawn note accompanying the key, to assist me to find my way to the room. I slept well and was refreshed after a long drive, all you could ask for.

The property was very convenient to stay on our trip to QLD. It was easy to find and plenty of parking available. Check in and out was super easy and the gentleman was very pleasant. The traffic is very loud however it does get better as the night goes on. This is expected considering where the Motor Inn is situated. Rooms were clean, comfy bed, walking distance to the shops. No complaints!

The propertyis very noisy, but that is to be expected, be on the main rd. There is a club accross the road for meals, and also restaurant next door. Parking is tight, so when you park there dont moove until you have to. Owner was friendly, and the room was nice and clean.

Was overall happy staying there, have been there before, will stay again, but this was the first time we were unable to park in the grounds. Upon arriving back from our function there were no parking bays left, otherwise, once again, an enjoyable and easy stay.

The photos for the room I booked, were nothing like what I got. Obviously an unrenovated room and on checking with front desk, the confirmed this was the case. I therefore should not be charged for something I didn’t receive. The room was also in poor condition and dirty. So much for Covid cleaning, this is not the case at all (see photos). Yes it’s noisy but other reviews comment in this, so I did expect this. All the other reviews are either being super nice or I had the one terrible room in the complex!

Stayed recently for 3 nights in a double room. Bed was comfortable and shower water pressure was really good. Room included a microwave and toaster, which was very convenient. On the first night, we noticed the air con wasn't working as well as it should, which made the room a bit warm. We raised this issue with management who acted straight away to provide a more than acceptable solution. Staff, all the way from owner to all other staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location of hotel is close walking distance to several pubs, restuarants, Woolworths supermarket and the local Coffs Central shopping mall. Also has ample on site parking. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and again a special thank you to the owner for their resolution of the situation with the broken air conditioning.
