"WOW, I absolutely loved my stay in this hotel! I travelled alone, but the whole staff made me feel so welcome and relaxed. The two daughters (around my age) were really helpful, regarding practical 'stuff'; and I really appreciated their enthusiasm and support regarding me climbing the Gran Paradiso summit! The breakfast is incredible! Luckily all the hours of walking evened it out calory wise ;). Hotel Herbetet is located in beautiful and very quiet Valnontey, ideal starting point for many...

"Veramente una bella vacanza! Il posto, tranquillissimo, è in una posizione strategica, da cui si raggiunge il centro di Cogne in cinque minuti (a piedi). L'accoglienza è stata cordiale è calorosa. La Camera grande e pulita, ha una bellissima vista sul Gran Paradiso. Torneremo!"

"Très bon accueil à notre arrivée, avec les informations synthétiques et claires. Ma fille et moi, voulions profiter du Spa, arrivées à 19h, et notre interlocuteur, a proposé de nous expliquer après cela l'accès au parking et où allez manger un dimanche soir, attention appréciable :) La chambre était cosy et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était copieux, et le personnel aux petits soins: j'ai pu avoir du citron sur demande, pour mon thé. Les remises dans certaines boutiques ou restaurants...

"Amazing place. We were greeted by the super-friendly staff even before we entered the hotel. We were looking with our kids at their cows in the pasture, and the owner(?) came out and gave our kids food to feed the cows. It was a great start, and it only got better from there. The room was very spacious and clean, the food was amazing, and the location is perfect for hiking in the area. It was simply a wonderful experience. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Camere Hostellerie HIBOU. The rooms are wonderfully cozy and clean. The host Davide is kind and very helpful - he suggested some gorgeous hikes in the area and told us about an ongoing local festival. The breakfast was delicious and fueled us for the day. Additionally, the location is walking distance to everywhere in town and the local free bus. Would absolutely stay here again."

"One of the most beautiful hotel I have ever seen. Staff is very professional and always ready to do the extra mile to accomodate the guest. The bar is beautiful and has a very nice atmosfere. I highly reccomend it."
