"We were visiting from Florida and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and can’t say enough great things about the staff working there. We had a guided tour scheduled and were running late. They offered to unpack our car, brought the suitcases to our room and park our car for us. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. "I waited 10 minutes in the lobby before anyone attended. I got to my room and took a shower. The shower drain was blocked causing the water to run out of the shower, into the bathroom and on to the bedroom. It was a mess. I had to use the towels to dam the water flow. Then my door wouldn’t lock. When I closed the door it could be opened by pushing g the door. I requested a room change but the desk clerk was reluctant to so to do.
