Ground floor apartment of a beautiful 2-storey villa, surrounded by greenery with panoramic views of the hills and the sea.

Close to the center of Cogorno (GE) and just 3.5 km from the village and the beaches of Lavagna and Chiavari.

SLEEPS 7 - 2 double bedrooms, double sofa bed in the living room - 1 single sofa bed.

The finishes and furnishings most typically similar to those of a farmhouse.

Equipped with air conditioning, outdoor gardens, shaded areas, dining areas..
The kitchen is complete with cooking utensils and furnishings for comfortable dining. The two living rooms are quite large and livable, the external areas are wonderful relaxation areas with panoramic views.
