"The woman at reception was incredibly helpful. The road to Selva was closed the following day and she found suitable public transit options and let me check in early. The hotel also prepared a box breakfast as I had to leave early the following day. Definitely far above and beyond what I expected. "Amazing location in Alta Badia and a great base for the surrounding activities. The property itself was lovely! Very comfortable rooms and the spa and sauna were great after long days hiking. "What a charming place! The breakfast was splendid. We ate one night of dinner board there and the second across the street at the sister restaurant. Was great to have that variety. The only drawback to our stay was the constant church bells every 15 mins and the rooster in the mornings. Be aware that the bells ring until 11 pm and start at 7 am. "This was our second time at the Legació and it won't be the last. The place is beautiful, well located for hikes and biking, visiting lakes, and just having fun in the Dolomites. Fantastic location

"Perfect location for skiing all the locations we wanted; Cella, Marmalada, Cortina and Cevetta. Walking distance to lifts. On time bus service also to and from the different lifts access points. Didn’t need to drive. Good grocery store selections. Staff was very nice and attentive. Good parking by hotel. Just a perfect stay!! "

"We stayed at TH Corvara to ski at Dolomiti Superski. Our stay included breakfast and dinner. The ski room with heated racks was terrific for drying out our ski boots. They had a shuttle to the gondola, and a decent pool. We didn’t use their spa. The food was great. It’s a good place to start the Sella Ronda. The facilities were a little worn in places and the music did carry up to the rooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely use the hotel again."

"The hotel is very smart and, although has a lot of rooms, never felt especially busy. It’s a 25-35’ walk to town (uphill on the way back) but the two helpful shuttle buses mean the only challenge is getting home from dinner. The gym and spa area and gym are large and excellent. Most importantly, all the staff were fantastically friendly and fell over backwards to look after you."

Panoramic apartment in the heart of the Dolomites

Adorable! Good location and well priced.

"The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and very quiet with gorgeous views of snowy mountains. The collection of charming decorations, will have you discovering something new each day! The kitchen is small but has a two-burner hotplate that allowed us to make a few dinners and breakfast every day. It also has a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee makers and plenty of pots and dishes. The large dining table and great wifi made remote working go smoothly. The down duvets and strong water pressure in the shower were perfect after skiing! We could see the place, a traditional alpine building with red shutters, from several of the ski slopes. Corvara was a great location for the Dolomiti Superski pass because it is right on the Sella Ronda and you can easily ski to Marmolada and back in a day. Alta Badia is immediately accessible from Corvara and you can ski the famous Gran Risa run and also ski to Armentarola to experience being pulled on a tow rope by a horse drawn sleigh. Take the ski bus to the slopes, or walk about 10 minutes if you don't want to wait for the bus (comes frequently though). This vrbo was significantly larger and better located for skiing at a better price compared to a hotel in Moena we stayed at later. Communicating with Clara was easy, and she left us ski trail maps which we appreciated!"

"Location is quite good, 5-8 minutes to town. Good price for room and half board. Room is clean and comfortable with old furniture. Bathroom is small. Room could be upgraded with modern renovation. Service is good in reception and restaurant. Dinning room is nice and pleasant. "
