"Room was very modern and cool. We had a beautiful partial Mountain View. It was very small however, so be aware of that. There was a sauna and a steam room, which was great. Also a free club room with snacks and drinks. Parking lot was very close. All the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay again…but maybe upgrade to a bigger room. Loved it!"

"The receptionist was terrible. She ignored a problem with my room, leaving me with the issue for over a day. I had to go to reception four times and call twice before she did anything. When I asked for an explanation, she made excuses, saying that even with colleagues present, she couldn't leave the reception area and that the system didn't allow for phone calls to the rooms. Is it really true that reception can't make phone calls to guest rooms?"

"Chambre entièrement refaite, impeccable, bien insonorisée et spacieuse. La vue du balcon sur le lac est vraiment dépaysante et apaisante. Accueil efficace, petites attentions dans la chambre : plateau de courtoisie bien fourni et agréable. On reviendra ! "
