The rooms are much less than what you would expect to be at least reasonable. The carpeting seems to have dust smell, the bathrooms have a bad layout, the shower is over a slipperytub, the furniture is below standard for a decent hotel.

The hotel and room were excellent, however the Wi-Fi was very poor to non existent. The shower pressure was not very good, with the temperature constantly fluctuating when in use.

The staff at check in were clearly prejudice and not very friendly or helpful. Then inside the room the sheets and pillowcases smelled like mildew. The A/C was not working and the wifi did not work the whole 2 days we were there. It was a nightmare. Finally, on the last day after my husband spoke to countless staff, managers and complained they offered to refund half our stay.

Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Konnten unsere Sachen an der Rezeption über Nacht zum kühlen geben, da unser Zimmer keinen Kühlschrank hatte. Leider gab es keine Lüftung im Bad und auch keine Toilettenbürste.

Excellent, je recommande !

La chambre était propre et isolée du bruit. Le restaurant propose des plats de très bonne qualité. Petit moins pour le petit déjeuner durant lequel il arrive de ne plus avoir de viennoiseries (par exemple) aux horaires de rush (le temps que le personnel réapprovisionne).

Hôtel d’etape.

Séjour d’étape en chambre standard. Chambre très petite donnant sur parking. Le lit est à 15 cm du dressing. Mais chambre et hôtel très propres. Belle salle de restaurant avec très bon petit déjeuner bien réapprovisionne. Localisation en sortie d’autoroute idéale pour étape sur la route des sports d’hiver.

Hôtel à éviter

Hôtel vétuste qui demande un rafraichissement, fait essentiellement pour la clientèle d'affaires qui sont de passage et pas pour la clientèle de loisirs. Mauvais rapport qualité prix hôtel et restaurant, accueil rapide sans instruction, carte avec peu de choix et service au restaurant exécrable.... Chambre avec pas assez de prises électriques, pas de plaque de porte "ne pas déranger", kitchenette fonctionnel mais sans ustensiles, pas de brosse pour les toilettes, robinet de la baignoire défectueux, moquettes en mauvais états..... Attention à ne pas donner votre avis sur le plat que vous manger sans quoi vous vous ferez insulter pour l'avoir dit (Une salade caesar sans ail dans la sauce n'est plus une caesar salade, ce serait comme faire une sauce béarnaise sans estragon et cerfeuil). Un geste commerciale a été fait par le responsable mais aucune excuse de la part de la serveuse imbus de sa personne n'a été fait. Quand la serveuse vous insulte quand vous lui expliqué calmement que vous n'avez pas apprécier votre plat, je considère que ce comportement est inadmissible et démontre la qualité de l'écoute et du service au sein du restaurant et je le dis en connaissance de causes ayant été jusqu'au B.T.S hôtellerie et travailler dans plusieurs hôtels restaurant en tant que chef de rang, réceptionniste et commis de cuisine, ce métier est une passion et la satisfaction du client est notre objectif. Enfin, mon séjour aurait dû être agréable et finalement il a été vraiment horrible....
