"Pros: Die Unterkunft war einfach Mega. Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe dort und jeder hatte genug Platz. Die Ausstattung, inklusive Pool war genau das was wie wir uns es vorgestellt hatten. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Personal (WhatsApp) war sehr gut, ich bekam schnell Antwort bei allen Fragen die anstanden. "A great property, would recommend. The only slight negative was a moderately busy road nearby so you can hear traffic noise when in the garden. Easy walks to restaurants and lake beaches, but best to have a hire car to really explore the area."

"Hotel Serenella is a hidden gem in the heart of Sirmione. The staff at this hotel truly know what hospitality is all about. EVERY member of the staff make you feel not only like a valued guest but a member of the family. The location is wonderful and in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants of Old Town as well as the ferry. Need anything… just ask.. a restaurant recommendation, where to park in Verona… special breakfast… DONE Hotel Serenella is simply wonderful!"
