First of all the customer service provided mainly by Margherita is EXCEPTIONAL, she was in contact as soon as the room was booked providing with all necessary info. We had free parking pass which was given to us as soon as we arrived. The room was clean and modern with an amazing little cute terrace. I received wonderful advices in regards to food and places to visit while in Verona. Everything exceeded my expectations. This little cute room is to recommend...

"My stay at Le Finestre, was exactly what I was looking for --- in a quiet, friendly, interesting and historic location. The room was more than adequate, providing everything I needed. Even though the location was on a restricted access (pedestrian only) street, the need to carry all belongings to/from was not that far/difficult. I enjoyed the experience in this tourist-y place."

La literie était confortable tout comme le canapé relativement récent et très large. La vue sur la place Erbe était magnifique. Il y a la clim dans l'appartement mais nous n'en avons pas eu besoin. Pour les bémols, je dirai qu'il y a quelques marches à monter avant d'accéder à l'appartement, en bas de l'immeuble ainsi qu'un dernier étage à monter après le 4eme étage accessible...
