The Director of Operations resolved the issue with professionalism and made us experience the warm welcome that I know The Taj Group of Hotels offer their guest. "We only stayed one night in this property. The location is excellent - very close to The Gate of India meaning that you can walk to a number of different places eg colaba causeway.
