It’s a fabulous property with excellent F&B service. The check in and check out is usually a problem at this property. Wait time, turn around time, correct invoicing and (cashier + front desk) coordination is a challenge.

Our stay overall was fabulous. The hotel is very grand and very clean. The staff were amazing and very personable. They engaged with our kids. The food was amazing and the staff at food time were very nice, coming to ask if we needed anything and also the head chef came round too. Overall a great experience and highly recommended. Fantastic location as very close to airport too. Pool was great too.

The Best Place to Stay in Mumbai

Amazing property, right at the airport, all rooms are like suites… probably the largest hotel rooms in Mumbai.. amazing view of the runway…. Great food and wonderful service.

They messed up the room allocation at check in and took ages to sort this out - it was 5am and became annoying. Service was otherwise good. Great location for T1 direct walk way or buggy to T1.
