very clean...good bed...good bedding.... lovely cabin. towels a bit scratchy....need to wash in borax...white vinegar rinse andthe dry in dryer.The staff are friendly and helpful. would recommend to everyone and will stay again.

We were surprised by how spacious and modern our cabin was. It was very comfortable with 2 double beds and 2 bathrooms which is really hard to find when travelling without a family. I found it very hard to sleep because the park is beside the highway but it was very handy for us on this trip for one night

Was nice and spacious room. Driveway entrance would be better if it was wider to allow car access in and out at same time, currently only one car at a time. Entrance could be highlighted a bit more too, hard to find entrance, especially at night and this is quite dangerous with highway frontage. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Quite new cabin, everything thing was there for an overnight stay. Great cooking facilities (which we didn’t use) Only criticism would be to supply extra pillows and a hair dryer. Soap dispenser wasn’t working.

One night Road Trip stay

We stayed one night at Colac Otway whilst on a couple of day road trip - we stayed in a Superior Double Cabin and it was magnificent - very roomy either very new or recently renovated and extremely well fitted out and equipped - bed was excellent but no spare pillow supplied and the pillow was not to my liking - too firm and high! The park is a few Ks west of the town but easy trip into Colac for an impressive choice of pubs, cafes and restaurants to choose from - we went Chinese to the Sing Bo and it was great - Lake Colac and the adjacent Botanic Gardens are a treat with lots of activities and birdlife. The park is right on the Highway and could be a noise issue if in the first row - ours was in the third row and not an issue. This is NOT a resort and there is no pool / there is however a small kids playground. A very neat and well kept park catering for camping, caravans, cabin dwellers and has a laundry, camp kitchen/BBQ area. Thoroughly enjoyed our night in what was very close to one of the nicest cabins we have stayed in and we have stayed in a few.

Cabin was very small, it was very hot when we arrived and it smelt like the cabin had not been opened in weeks. We started the air conditioner which worked but filled the cabin with the stench of cigarette smoke. Beds were very uncomfortable, other cabins/guests were very close and noisy. There were dogs baking all night long.

Nice new cabin, we booked for two adults and two children and when we arrived we were informed that the children had to share a double bed, also the beds were absolutely terrible, very short and as soon as you lay on them you sunk towards the middle, two adults couldn't comfortably sleep on the bed as you rolled into the centre of the bed all night, also the traffic going past the main road right outside was very loud all night.
