"Checked in at 3pm room not ready says would call me , Sat in chairs by elevator, no place to wait and not have to pay for food or drink. 496pm went back to front desk ,line ifc8 people. Hot in line , 10 min get called over by a Brittany but as we walk up a man who was not in any line walks up to Brittany. She finds up helping him while we stand there"

"Excellent service! Outstanding breakfast buffet included for all that are in the room. Pool, hot tub, steam room, and sauna are great for relaxing! Three minute drive to Gonzaga and right on the river. I'll be back again for sure!"

"The free breakfast choices at Dennys were OK. The staff were very friendly. Our microwave was broken. I reported it to the front desk. While she was very friendly and concerned, the microwave was never fixed over the 3 remaining days of our stay."

"Parking was fine and no security concerns. My biggest complaint would be noisy upper level users and the breakfast options or rather lack of. No cereals, not much variety in fruit, (oranges, banannas thats all) and not much variety in anything hot. Only microwave packaged fruit bars or muffins."

"Bad location surrounded by iron fence due to the high number of homeless everywhere. Charged me for my documented service animal as front desk had no understanding of the law. My service dog is for a true medical need yet I forced to sign for it & pay. we did not feel safe outside the hotel to even walk around, should of drove 5 more minutes east for a nicer area. This hotel is just not in a good safe location"
