"Clean room , short walk into town . Lovely historic building, staff friendly and helpful "

"Room temperature was obscene 27 degrees and we couldnt turn it down advised reception who advsised us it would be resolved for when we got back to the hotel to sleep , my god it was so so hot we paid for late checkout but we couldnt sleep so left early morning - appaled"

"Romm was great & comfortable bed. Good hot shower also. Do prefer a cooked breakfast but can't fault choice with the continental. "

"Really nice hotel - cozy comfortable room. However, the website says sea views, outdoor pool, spa, mini bar and dressing gowns. Not sure where they were hiding but didn’t find any of them. "

"A warm welcome, clean room and a comfy bed. The hotel is well situated and our room had tea and coffee facilities."

"Check in was straight forward. - Bathroom was not very clean - Urine on the toilet seat - Shower was boiling due to shower hose split and cold water escaping - Stained bed linen Would have been nice to have some bottled water in the room. Asked for an iron and was burnt so couldn’t use it. Had a room facing high street that was extremely noisy so had little sleep. "
