The water level of the lake can be high in the spring and summertime, if this occurs there may be little to no beach on the shoreline. Water/beach shoes are strongly recommended.

Servicing of the hot tub to occur every Friday

*Please note that stairs to access the beach are across the street from the property. This property does NOT sit directly on the beach. You must cross the street to access the stairs to go down to the beach.

**ANY DOCKS IN THE WATER ARE PRIVATE AND OFF LIMIT TO GUESTS!

Every positive superlative applies to this property and our stay there. Everything you could need, super clean, perfect location with wonderful view. Nicely decorated, with superior attention to detail. Can easily recommend.

Colchester is a beautiful area with lots of trails, hiking, biking etc. The house was well-kept with minor issues. A busy road separates the house from the beach. All things considered it was a good stay.
