"Our room (122) was on the first floor at the front of the hotel. Upon entering we thought it was very noisy however the windows were open and the secondary glazing was also. We closed both of these and it made a massive difference. Straight away we noticed the room and shower room were spotless and saw a card that said the room had been serviced by Binu. Thank you Binu, excellent job! Breakfast the next morning was brilliant. A great start to the day. There was anything and everything you could want from porridge to cooked breakfast, whole or prepared fruits, cold meat, cheeses and breads. Drinks machines for your tea, many different coffees and hot chocolate. Fruit juices and flavoured waters too."

"I tend to stay at the standard whenever I visit London and usually the staff are very good. Specifically door staff are super helpful and help carry things up for me (though didn’t offer to help when I was leaving and I had a case and bag with me). I had asked for an iron to be sent up to the room and was told I would have someone call me back to tell me the status and they didn’t. It was nearly an hour and I was late to meet my friends for a concert. I also appreciate it is a busy hotel, but leaving me waiting without and update and I called 3 times was not good and I had paid for a suite for myself to allow a nice space to get ready. Unsure if I will stay there again (after staying maybe 10 times), the consistency isn’t always right. Some staff are more attentive than others."
