"I spent five days at art’otel London and had a memorable stay. The hotel is modern, stylish, and artistic, making it feel like more than just accommodation. Returning each day felt special. My studio room was comfortable, but the standout was the spectacular view over London, which made mornings and evenings unforgettable. What truly defined my stay was the staff. The doorman team—Saiful, Paul, and Alex—were consistently warm and welcoming. Mira and Mike at reception were also friendly and helpful, setting a great tone. I also appreciated the security team and many others whose names I didn’t catch. These everyday moments of kindness—greetings, help, and conversation—made the hotel feel like a home away from home. Most experiences were excellent, though a few interactions at The Brush, including with manager Alicia and some bar staff, were less positive and felt inconsistent with the rest of the hotel’s hospitality. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives. The building, atmosphere, room, and especially the people made my stay exceptional. After five days, I left with lasting appreciation and would happily return. Thank you to all the staff mentioned and many others for making my London trip so enjoyable. art’otel will definitely be my choice again."

"The mattress was rock hard and very uncomfortable and the pillows were quite thin. We thought the air conditioning was broken but the staff just hadn’t turned it on. After they did turn it on we found that it would only run for two hours at a time which was very frustrating at night. The location was fabulous! Easy to get to from Heathrow airport (go to angel station on the northern line if you have luggage!) with easy access to Luton airport from St Pancras. Some nice areas near the hotel and a great German bakery across from Angel station."

"The hotel is well located, around 15 minutes walk from Kings Cross station. The Piccadilly line runs regularly from Russel square tube station, making getting into the city easy. The hotel itself is well presented, with the lounge bar and dining rooms having been refurbished to a high standard. It is an older hotel so there were some signs of wear as you’d expect. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was very hot during our stay and although the hotel supplied a desk fan, we still needed to keep our windows open. Unfortunately because of the central location, there was a lot of traffic noise which lead to a disrupted night. The hotel do supply ear plugs, but they are not very comfortable to sleep in. The short summmary: would I stay there again? Yes probably during the cooler months."
