"Parking was quite easy at back of hotel. Our room did not have a sea view but was very nice. Food was fantastic. I little short on vegetables with the mains. "

"The staff are the asset here - very helpful and friendly. Downstairs is a very classic look which is nice. The room allocated was worn out and past its prime. Really not value for money. If you need to be in centre of town prime location but dont expect much from the room, unless I just got unlucky with a bad one stuck at back overlooking Tower Centre delivery entrance. Hot stuffy room even with windows open. "

"The hotel is under new ownership and currently undergoing major renovations. Our room recently painted was OK - limited renovation scope. However, we had a comfortable bed with new clean bedlinen. Bathroom clean and bright but old fittings. The major area for improvement was the restaurant which was totally under going renovation was the restaurant - we had breakfast in a room that was essentially a building/decorating site. The food was of poor quality and inedible. We left without taking breakfast. Whilst the hotel is clearly trying to improve itself and will no doubt be better in future, for us the lack of upfront disclosure of the true state of works was very disappointing. Had we have known this, we would have selected another property. Receptionist was friendly and polite but not really able to affect any of the issues. "

"We had a wonderful stay . Near to giants causeway , Bushmills whiskey and on the circuit of the Northwest 200. We had nibbles in the bar with cocktails after a busy day followed by a very pleasant dinner and then a game of snooker . The staff were good fun . We had a good night "

"Booked for my sisters hen party and the property did not disappoint. Stunning house, beautiful gardens and view. The host was very accommodating and answered all questions promptly. He also left a gift for my sister, such a thoughtful thing to do. All the girls loved the property and some have taken details to book again. Would recommend for any get together or event. "
