Upon entering the property you are greeted with a huge sun-drenched deck that enjoys all day sun and views of the hazard mountains and Great Oyster Bay. As you enter the lounge room you will see the large open plan living dining area that has been renovated with no expense spared in regards to detail, style and comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped for those romantic evenings so you can impress your family and friends with the regions famous local produce and wines. The spacious open-plan kitchen/living room is drenched in all day sun and has a large, well-stocked kitchen to cater for keen cooks. Appliances include a Nespresso machine, pizza cooker, bread maker, and sandwich press.

The kitchen has also been stocked with beautiful crockery, glasses and cooking equipment which really adds to your lunch or evenings when entertaining and cooking. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and built in wardrobes also. Both of these rooms have phenomenal views of the water and hazard mountains from the beds so waking up with this will be very special. The property also has a second bathroom. Across the hall is the third bedroom with one set of bunks for the kids or larger family.

The fully fenced garden with lush grass is safe and inviting for children to play, and provides yet another spot for relaxing and entertaining. Also, you will find a hot water shower outside for when you have arrived back from the gorgeous Richards Beach only 5 minutes walk from your front door.
