"Beautiful and charming. It sits directly above a scenic overlook, so when you stay here you will have the view that all the cars are stopping at to take pictures of out your bedroom window. The view is absolutely incredible. The sunrise over the water, the red train below, the trees, it's gorgeous and a true mid-west Mississippi experience. The owner is super nice and they maintain this property very well. Clean, nice decor, attentive staff when needed. We will be back!"

"We have stayed here many times and love this property. Its within a couple of minutes to the river, restaurants, grocery, gas stations, basically everything you need. It is always clean and comfortable. The furniture and beds are homey and comfortable. Big screen in LR and tvs in each bedroom. Washer and dryer is a nice touch. My kids enjoy the electronic goft game. That tends to be where they’re hanging out.. Outside seating with a gas grill, fire pit, additional seating under the garage overhang with a tv in there a well. Communication with the owner has always been easy and he replies promptly. Easy check-in.There is an occasional train that goes by, but they never bother us! Thank you for another wonderful stay!"

"We loved our stay. The place was very clean when we arrived and it had everything we needed. We enjoyed relaxing both in the sitting area watching Netflix and on the lovely outdoor porch. There's a fire pit and a nice grill. It was perfect for our party of two close friends. As others have written, you have to go through the larger bedroom to get to the bathroom. The smaller bedroom does have its own exterior door. This was not an issue for us, but for this reason it may be less than ideal for two couples or a larger friend group. Would recommend to two or three close friends or a small family!I would stay here again if I'm in the area. We also really enjoyed the Shipwreck bar, steps away."
