It was a cute, quaint little place with a gorgeous view of the Mississippi. The room was clean and cozy. The beds were comfy and the room decor was very nice. It wasn't a real big room, but it was fine for the two of us. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean and tastefully decorated. Beautiful view with comfortable gliders to sit outside. Comfortable bed. Nice Fall decorating touches in the room. Minor suggestions: Hooks or someplace to hang jackets. Also, Shower gel and hand soap were both almost empty making it difficult to get some out of the containers. Excellent stay.

Beautiful and charming. It sits directly above a scenic overlook, so when you stay here you will have the view that all the cars are stopping at to take pictures of out your bedroom window. The view is absolutely incredible. The sunrise over the water, the red train below, the trees, it's gorgeous and a true mid-west Mississippi experience. The owner is super nice and they maintain this property very well. Clean, nice decor, attentive staff when needed. We will be back!

Spectacular views of Mississippi, bluffs and Guttenberg, as advertised. Great location for so many of the area must see sites and must visit small towns. Comfortable bed, spacious, clean, well-stocked room. Only suggestion is a bit more info on use of and supplies for the fire pits. We traveled in fall and had a perfect night for a fire but weren't sure since the couple pits were so close to other rooms that felt would've have bothered them. Also, really no starter / lighter supplies. Will definitely stay again on our annual fall visit to the area.

Lovely room clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the Mississippi. Check in was via text with a door code making it simple. Great space outside to sit and watch for eagles or just relax. Spectacular sunrise.

We had a great time. We stayed in the room 9 which is a bit small but was perfect for us on one night stay. Super comfortable beds, clean room, great staff and the view is jaw dropping

The view of the Mississippi River from our room was amazing! The keycode room entry and the ability to skip check-in and check-out made everything quick and convenient. The room was well equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, and a small dorm-style refrigerator, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a great stay!

We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend. The property, location, and views are breathtaking!!! It's a small little piece of heaven conveniently located close to town. We will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!!

Owners left code for door on email. We had room on top floor. Excellent view of river from our room plus deck outside our door. Lots of BBQ facilities there (wished we had brought food to grill!). Landscaping ( flowers) was fabulous. So beautiful and peaceful. We would absolutely stay here again if we are ever in the area again.

This hotel is definitely a hidden gem in Guttenburg!! Room was amazing , but what sold us was the incredible view of the river! Absolutely relaxing, quiet exactly what my wife and I needed!! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again!!!! 10/10

The check in was strange. It’s “no contact” so there is no staff on sight. We arrived at 7pm and the place was completely deserted, which was unnerving. We got into our room with a code for the door. The room was clean. Bed was a little uncomfortable and the bathroom is small but, the view was pretty and being the only ones at the hotel, we sat outside and played our guitars under the stars and enjoyed ourselves very much.

My boyfriend and I stayed here during our weekend getaway. Our room was clean and ready early for us, we asked if we could have a early check-in and the manager reached out to us stating we could. The nice lady that was cleaning up the rooms and property, happily greeted us and showed us to our room. The air worked great, we had hot days while we were there and much needed to come "home" to. I can't say enough about the view, it was breathtaking. Waking up in the morning to see the water and sunrise, beautiful. I think being up that high and overlooking the water was the real treat! Much needed tranquility for us both, we didn't want to leave! If I could recommend a place to eat, Driftwood Diner, we ate there 3 times! So yummy! We will be back!

We loved the grounds and the view. Our room was cozy, tidy and clean. A few minuses, the TV kept buffering. We ended up not getting it to work. There were ants in the bathroom. And one thing they can’t control.. trains blared all night long. We still will consider this place for a future visit, though and bring some ear plugs.
