"Clean room and helpful staff"

"The rooms themselves are nice, a bit dated but many rained, and most importantly to me clean. The lobby very nice and the staff friendly. However the outside of the hotel needs work. The east guest door would not shut, thus anyone could walk into the building. The landscape was nothing but weeds. The two companies on either side of the property were clean, green grass, and trash free. This property has trash piled up in the corner of the parking lot, no grass on any side of the building just dirt and weeds."
Western Slope suites

"Room was spacious and comfortable. I did have issues with the remote for the TV it would not turn on or off the TV as I was only in the room for a brief periods of time, this was not an issue. Biggest concern was the lack of hot water for showers. The water pressure was great, but the temperature of the water never reached what I would consider a hot. Running the water at the hottest and letting the water run for ten plus minutes, I was able to take most of the chill out of the water, where I was not taking a cold shower."

"The hotel lobby is a great place to hang out. The Brewpub was excellent! It is an old hotel that has been redone very well. The location is great - walkability to restaurants and the hot springs very convenient."

"The room was nice with comfortable beds. The only negative was it looked like the breakfast had a good selection but everything was empty including the coffee.i would recommend this hotel unless having breakfast is importantly to you."
