"The hotel and restaurant were very good, just had hot water issues in the morning. It took a half an hour or more to get hot water."

"There were a lot of things in disrepair. 5 floors and only one ice maker on the 3rd floor was working. The fire alarm went off in the morning around 9am so we jumped out of bed thinking there was a fire. No fire. But they couldn’t get the fire alarm to turn off for about an hour. We had to leave so we didn’t go deaf. New carpet is needed in the hallways. The TV volume couldn’t go above half way, so if the heater or A/C was on, you couldn’t hear the TV unless you sat on the end of the bed right in front of it. It was a 32” TV, so to see it you had to sit in front of it anyway. "

"Very "do it yourself" kind of place, which was fine. Breakfast was a little bit weak, but that was not a huge factor for me. "

"Toilet was not working and room had a bed smell "
