"Breakfast was great , no major issues with the first part of this stay. Did however run into a major roadblock when I had to extend the stay for my partner whose identity and card was stolen while I was out of town, the inconsistency across shift changes seem to be a major issue, including calling him out of his room at 11 o'clock on Christmas Eve. Telling him that he had to leave because there was no incidental card on file. This is this alone should be Cos 4A major review of policies. I spent the better part of my Christmas Eve. And then , like christmas day into today trying to figure out what was going on and why he was being removed from the property"

"Staff was friendly, room was clean, ac/heater a little noisy, breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, and breakfast area was nice and open. Room TV is pretty small. "

"Breakfast was great. Rooms were outdated. Bathrooms were not good. Cracked sinks, rust on metal ceiling supports, mold in corners of floor from water damage, dirty shower curtain."

"Clean room, the bed was comfortable and pillows and blankets were just right. Friday and Saturday night stay. Friday a large group from a school had used the pool a lot, and it was closed the next day and until almost my check out on Sunday. My grandson didn't get to swim , but the front desk allowed him to stay after checking out to swim a bit. I appreciate the customer service going above to maje a child's stay memorable. We return to Comfort inn. groyp of teens from a school"
