"Het groot zwembad, het water was heerlijk! De grote tuin de hond kon er fijn in loslopen en het was goed omheind. Ideaal voor gezinnen met kinderen en huisdieren. Ook het huis zelf was netjes in orde en alles was er aanwezig Er waren 5 ligbedden waarvan er 3 stuk waren. We hebben dit gemeld en ze gingen het doorgeven. Voor de rest niets op aan te merken"

"We were welcomed friendly at the house, made a early check in possible. This was a great help.The house is outdated hasn't had proper maintance, beds are terrible. 2 rooms out of 4 have a airco.The living room was oke, couch has holes.Kitchen has everything you need, had a problem with the boiler,but this was very vast fixed. "Wir waren 11 Personen, Familie mit Erwachsenen. Zum Check In muss man mit dem Auto ca. 20 Minuten in einen anderen Ort fahren. Wenn man dort nicht rechtzeitig zur Öffnung kommt, kann es Wartezeit geben, da nur ein Mitarbeiter. Von allen Schäden gibt es Fotos. Im oberen Stockwerk hatten wir in jedem Badezimmer Probleme mit Toilette, Toilettenspülung und Duschen. 3 Tage hatten wir mit Handwerkern zu tun, was unsere Urlaubszeit gekostet hat. In der Whirlpool Badewanne und in anderen Badewannen...

"Service prior to our stay was excellent, Juame was most helpful. I felt the price of the accommodation was very expensive especially as it was out of season, indeed the same villa is now 500 euros less than we paid. We were disappointed with the size of the kitchen for the amount of guests and the lack of glasses e.g. wine glasses. Additionally the pool was not cleaned when we arrived - even though we would not be able to use it we were still disappointed that it was so dirty. Further...

"Incredible stay. Staff were amazing and super helpful. Our suite was lovely with a truly exceptional view. It was my birthday across our stay and the staff left a lovely note with a bottle of wine while we were out. Both pools were great with plenty of loungers and towels but the view from the rooftop pool takes some beating. The location is also perfect. I cannot rate this hotel more highly, book it with absolute confidence! "

The food every morning and evening was a different menu so we didnt feel the need to eat anywhere other than the hotel all week. Over all id rate this hotel a 10/10 from our experience. "Hotel, whilst a little tired, was spotless. Like a lot of Spanish cities, Reus is a grid system and the hotel was on a corner. The main square was approx 300 meters walk. There is an attached cafe within the hotel but wasn't open on 3 days of our stay, which was a pity as it was very good. Overall, very good value. "
