"Had a lovely mini break. This is our 3rd visit to the hotel over 20 years it didn’t disappoint. We arrived early and had enquired about early check in, which the Hotel was able to accommodate. Reception very helpful. Entertainment team was brilliant and waiters very attentive remembering your order. Really enjoyed our stay will be returning next year. "

My only let down was that you are forced to buy water from them in the evening and i was subjected to a member of staff taking me to the back of a door and showing me / pointing rudely that it wasnt allowed to bring in my own refil bottle.
