Breakfast ok but excellent croissants and coffee! One of the reasons we picked this hotel was the laundry service which was advertised on hotels.com. No laundry service was available. "

"This is a rare find; a 13th century castello, lovingly restored and converted into comfortable and atmospheric apartments. There are magnificent views across Umbria. You are within reach of Spoleto and Foligno. Only problem; finding it. I strongly suggest that anyone booking it should make sure they get a precise map, because it is in the middle of nowhere. Worse, the map given on the hotels.com page puts it in the wrong place, (there's a cemetery there instead) which cost me 45 minutes of...

"WOW! What an amazing place! So much beauty, history and breathtaking landscapes. Anastasia and Stefano are incredibly warm and welcoming, they made us feel like family. They both took the time to get to know us and we would have pleasant conversations daily. Daily breakfast was fresh and prepared for us. Location was central to visit multiple Tuscan towns and wineries. I would definitely come back! "
