Great location next to bus terminal and escalator up to the old town. Bathroom beautiful. It looked like it had been just renovated. Room very spacious and staff helpful packing us breakfast for an early start.

Fit for purpose - aircon working very well, bed very comfortable. Spacious room. Convenient for Centro and parking. Breakfast 3/10 - bad coffee, but that is something one can make up for. The hotel I stayed at last year was in centro, had mini rooms and aircon was not working - can’t make up for that.

Stayed for one night and it was a very welcoming hotel. Great breakfast with lots of choices and a well appointed room with fridge and tea kettle. Bathroom had a great shower with hot water and great water pressure Hotel was close to the bus and train stations and easy to get to old town by using the escalators which are a 2 minute walk. We had a rental car and a pay parking lot was a 5 minute walk (drop suitcases off at the drive up - check in and then park in the lot). Very good for one night and would have been a great place for a longer stay. Highly recommend

We stayed for 4 nights and were very satisfied. The location is great: just a minute’s walk from the bus terminal (perfect for our day trip to Assisi) and easy escalator access to the city center. Rooms were spacious for a European hotel, and the modern facilities are well-maintained. The included breakfast was satisfactory. Note that the gym and pool require an extra fee - I didn’t have time to use them anyway, but it was a bit surprising.

When I decided to return to Perugia, I wanted above all to stay here again. Its location is convenient, everything runs smoothly, staff are helpful, and there is a buffet breakfaast with an enormous choice.

Very good hotel , extremely clean, rooms very comfortable including spacious bathroom with excellent shower. Personal choice - bed a bit firm but still slept ok, perhaps a mattress topper could be offered. Aircon was really good. Breakfast was the usual thing but orange juice was good and loved the fresh fruit and pastries. Husband loved the eggs. Perfect location to use the escalators to the old town which is beautiful. But it was peaceful at night with great windows that keep out the road noise. I must say we have never found such a peaceful hotel, staying 8 nights in the Jazz festival so a busy time but felt like we were the only guests, very quiet rooms. Only had one evening meal in the hotel as so many close restaurants but must say the hotel restaurant was extremely good and reasonably priced menu. Staff were all friendly and room cleaning was great they tried to go in when you went to breakfast. Thanks to all.
