"The front desk staff was very polite. It was by a large margin the best breakfast I ever had at a Holiday Inn Express. The kitchen staff never let the food run out and it was deliscious. Kudos to the kitchen staff."

"My stay at this hotel was great, the staff were attentive, respectful and friendly. The room itself was clean and the housekeeping was attentive and professional. I especially loved the gym, nice size with everything you need for a good workout. Te only complaint I have was my water was sometimes lukewarm- I don’t know if it was because of the high occupant but other than that no complaint. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for solo travelers."

"There is only one elevator and it is so small it barely fits a luggage cart with two people. They were having problems with their heat/AC and our room was 80 degrees the whole time. It is in a sketchy neighborhood area but relatively easy to get in and out. "

"U have to pay taxes again even though I paid taxes with Expedia. The elevator doesn’t always work. I had to pay to exchange towels even though I was there for over a week. I had to pay for toilet paper. I only got soap once, that was the day I checked in. Even though they have stove, they don’t have pots for us to use. "
