"We rented this property but we were given entry info for a smaller property at the same location. Later in morning property manager called and said there was a maintenance issue and we had to use the smaller unit. We asked to keep the parking but were told no. We were told we would receive a refund for the difference in the rent, but we’ve not received it. This property is in an alley and we had to walk 1/2 block in either direction to try to park on the street. Meanwhile, a spot , probably...
