"The hotel got amazing views, very modern and rustic design and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay at Locanda, although i must say that dinner is very expensive with dishes that we didn't like. So we chose even not continue to the breakfast. Other than this, i reccomand you this hotel as a must stop for 1 night in the area!! Free parking is just outside, and you really near to san giminiano and the rest of the borgos around..."

There isn't a great deal directly around the resort, so make sure you've stocked up on food before you arrive....although, it's not far to drive into Pisa if you need supplies! "Beautiful castle that would be so much more enjoyable with just a few changes. Windows need to be able to attach to shutters so will stay open and not blow closed with wind. Basic items such as toilet paper, seasonings for cooking, more comfortable twin mattress, ability to order basic meals at restaurant if wanted. "
