"When I checked in, I was stunned to learn it was a tiny 1 bedroom property, on VRBO it was said to be 2 bedroom. In the bedroom, you had to inch along the bed with your back scraping the wall. There were no instructions on how to use the washer, so not usable. It was incredibly hot, so I handwashed my clothes. "I was a lovely Vintage home. Our Guest very helpful and kind. "

"Horrible experience! We waited in a car on the near by corner in getting neighborhood for 3 hours and host NEVER answered. We had to find a new place to stay at 7 pm at night. And I had to call Vrbo a few time to get refunded."

"This property looked nothing like the posted pictures. It had a terrible odor like a port a potty. The air conditioner leaked constantly. It would soak the curtain and leave a puddle on the floor. There was mold on the ceiling of bedroom. The only coffee pot was rusty and moldy. It could not be used. The location was terrible for getting taxis. The floor was uneven and the tiles not even glued down. There was a “trap door” right in front of the kitchen sink that felt like you would fall...

"This apartment was the ideal place to spend a week to get to know Naples. The location is perfect being in Centro, near the Archeological Museum, and near the Metro - and the neighborhood is quiet! And the apartment was perfecto and we enjoyed the roof top terrace everyday. Claudia was incredibly helpful and thoughtful during our stay and made sure that everything was in order. "
