Easy quick check in. Pleasant lady up front at desk. Fairly quiet had no complaints on noise. Bed was comfy -,pillows kind of flat. Nice pool and little store by breakfast area for quick snacks. Safe area.

Very nice and so close to the downtown Laurel shops. Unfortunately, the manager of this Hampton Inn is so rude to guests and even yells at her employees in front of guests. That’s disappointing… We thought all the rest of the staff was amazing!!

The staff is what makes this one of the best places to spend the night. I do a large amount of traveling, and the staff was by far the best that I have experienced in a long time! Great job to all of the employees!

I view all hotel stays as luxury vacations and try to find hotels that are 3+ stars. I stayed in Magee as I evacuated from Tallahassee during Irma and I was so incredibly pleased with the place. I am picky when it comes to hotel linens and bathrooms and everything at this location feels fresh and taken care of. I slept in the hotel linens, something I don't always do as I always pack my own, and the bathroom was updated. Super breakfast. I just wish they offered tea 24 hours instead of just...

Staff were wonderful, accommodating and friendly. Room was perfect. The breakfast was high quality and plentiful. The stations were replenished quickly. The lady running the counter took pride in her work and it showed. I was traveling by motorcycle and it rained hard that morning. They even offered towels to dry my bike.

If I could give the staff a 10 I would! My wife was rushed to the hospital late the night we were staying at the hotel and ended up having to stay for four days before she was discharged. The entire staff was so gracious and accommodating, letting me stay in the room even when they were sold out. They always asked how she was doing and asked what they could do to help. I am so grateful they were there for us! BTW the room and facility were great!

Friendly staff, clean, & comfy.

The most important facet of our stay was the cleanliness of the room and one of the most comfortable beds in which I have ever slept. Location to the interstate was very good, as well as, location to dining areas. Five stars overall.

Over all property was good

I like how clean the hotel was and how great the service was. How convenient the location was to restaurant and shopping area.

We needed a room because we had no electricity. We picked this hotel because reviews were pretty good . Room was clean and comfortable. It was not a 5 star hotel but very good for the price. Need a few updates but good for the price.

Clean room, very quick and smooth check in. Staff was very helpful

I am 20 year disable Combat Veteran of the U.S.M.C. I currently serve my community as a Fire Chief. I was attending the Mid-Winter Conference. I could have stayed at the Double Tree or Candlewood Suites however I chose Quality Inn. The room was clean and well kept and provided me the comfort I desired as I prepared for the conference. I am a Certified Fire Inspector and Investigator and I found all fire safety items in my room in good working condition and inspected. I checked out of the Quality...

The motel is very difficult to find. Our GPS had it on the other side of the freeway. Even after I called and got directions, I still had to stop and ask a cop how to get there… The person at the front desk said he spends half his day telling people how to get to the Econolodge.
