Lovely hotel in a great location for visiting Colmar. We visited with our 1 year old and dog and had a smooth stay. The rooms were quite warm with the aircon setting not going below 20 but everything else was spot on.

Above all, extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Property within walking distance to the train station and the old town. Excellent breakfast with caring and attentive staff. Water station provides free water, flat or with gas, to meet the needs of active clients. Our suite was clean and neat with a lovely shower. The bed was comfortable but best suited for those who prefer a soft, as opposed to, a firm mattress. Nice private terrace available on sunny days and lovely ready to eat meals when you just feel like staying in.

Wonderful!

The staff was very friendly and warm. Our room was perfectly clean, nice and quiet, and so comfortable. The breakfast buffet had lots of wonderful options. We enjoyed our stay and would go back in a heartbeat.
