"Pros: Alles genau wie beschrieben. Die Ausstattung ist so, wie man sie auch zuhause hat - es fehlt so gut wie nichts. Ob Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine usw. - großer Kühlschrank und 3 Gefrierschubladen. Die Terrasse nach vorne hat eine enorme Größe. W-Lan funktioniert prima, Satellitenempfang auch. Sehr bequeme Betten. Die Lage zum See und zum Ort sind auch prima. DIe Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer ist sehr unkompliziert, zuvorkommend, freundlich, ja fast freundschaftlich....

"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"At 65 and 67 yrs , we found the climb up to room 8 with luggage difficult. Consider that when booking. Bed was rather uncomfortable, and I believe we were instructed to leave the room as we found - ie-dishes clean but there was no dish tray or towel to dry. Best as a spot for younger people. It’s an easy walk from the train station but a heck of an uphill walk back. Most important. Clean and quiet . Tks"

The villa rental part is just a portion of the house but plenty of room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen good but if you want breakfast order in advance. English is not one of the owners languages but he uses phone to translate. There are no laundry facilities as stated on expedia but the owner generously...
