Luckily we were all changed to the Ayun hotel down the road which belongs to the same hotel chain. From outside the Arkadia does not look inviting at all!!!

I booked 4 rooms 3 months in advance, then about 2 weeks before starting my travel, the hotel canceled all rooms due to overbooking. They wanted to refund the costs so that I could find another hotel on my own. However, because of the short notice, of course no other similar hotels in the neighborhood were available anymore for a similar price. German law dictates that as soon as the hotel has confirmed the stay, they are bound to provide the stay. Thus, after many emails and threatening to hand over the case to a lawyer, they finally booked 4 rooms in a different hotel. This experience with Centro Hotel Arkadia was very stressful and unsatisfactory.

First, you do not check-in here. That is hidden in 'special instructions'. So when you get to the property, discover this fact, and walk back to the main hotel, it's more than frustrating. Second, anybody can walk in and wander around the main hotel. The single desk person is often away from the, and even the desk is not clearly marked. I wandered around myself before somebody showed up to help me. Third, you might not get the room, or even the location, that you reserved. Meanwhile, the cold staff have nothing else to say to you. Avoid this property.

Das Zimmer war nirgends auf der Website zu sehen. Auch keine Alternativbilder. Entsprechend groß war der Schock. Für nur zum Schlafen reichte es. Wenn ich hätte schlafen können. Zimmer lag direkt im Treppenhaus. Man hörte alle die hoch und runter gingen. Manchmal blieben sie vor ser Tür stehen redeten noch ein bisschen, um sich dann zu verabschieden. Rezeptition meinte sie würden die Nachtwache öfter vorbei schicken. NAJA.

Man kommt an und sieht einen Zettel an der Tür, Check in 150 m weiter im anderen Hotel. Ohne das irgend etwas auf der Website steht.Sieht aus wie ein Bettenhaus in einer Wohnsiedlung. Kein Service. Muffiges Treppenhaus. Auf den ersten Blick sehen die Zimmer gut aus aber im Bad wurde nichts renoviert.Waschbecken defekt, Unter den Bettbezug darf man auch nicht schauen.(gelbe Flecken).Zum Fenster rausschauenden konnte man nicht vor Dreck. Nicht auf heutigem Niveau.Das einzig Schöne waren die vielen Papageien in den Bäumen vor dem Haus. Für 123€ die Nacht ohne Frühstück völlig unakzeptabel.

Zimmer entsprachen nicht den Bildern. Schlechter WLAN- Empfang, einzige Steckdose im Bad versank in der Spiegelbeleuchtung. Haartrockner defekt. Sauberkeit, Mitarbeiterfreundlichkeit und Frühstücksbuffet waren Top. Der Preis war für die Ausstattung und ihren Zustand, in dem Abseits gelegenen Nebengebäude mit Fußmarsch zum Frühstück, jedoch in keiner Weise zu rechtfertigen.

Hotel hat 2 Standorte: dieses Review ist für das moderne, helle Hotel am Anfang der Straße. Das Hotel ist recht sauber, und modern. Das Doppelzimmer in Einzelnutzung war in Ordnung, allerdings waren die Matratzen sehr weich und durchgelegen. Der Fernseher hat schon bessere Tage gesehen. Bei offenem Fenster sollte man die nebenan liegene Bahntrasse beachten. Aus Hygienegründen wird das Zimmer nur alle 3 Tage bzw zur Abreise gereinigt. Für einen Kurztrip war es ok. Das Frühstücksbüffett war üppig und vielseitig. Die Hygienebestimmungen wurden befolgt.

Prima kamer, niet heel groot, maar goed te doen voor 2 personen. De wifi die je kon aanklikken was heel erg slecht, dus dat was jammer. Wat vooral heel erg tegenviel was het bed/kussen/dekbed. Het bed was redelijk hard, de kussens boden totaal geen steun en de dekbedden maakte een lawaai als je draaide. Het klonk alsof je een krant in je hand had en die je met veel geweld deed opvrotten. Jammer, daardoor hebben wij een slechte nachtrust gehad.

Rezeption im Haupthotel 300m entfernt. Schneller und freundlicher Empfang. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und vielfältig. Zimmer haben sehr einfache Ausstattung und sind extrem hellhörig. Leider nahmen es einige Gäste nicht zu ernst mit der Nachtruhe und dann sollte man keinen empfindlichen Schlaf haben. Lage sehr gut, schnelle Anbindung in die Stadt.

Das Zimmer war soweit ok. Das Fenster war defekt und ließ sich nicht öffnen. Das Bad war sehr klein für 2 Personen. Die Duscharmatur war eingerostet und ließ nur mit großer Kraft eine Temperaturänderung zu. Die Zimmertür klapperte, sobald jemand den Flur betrat. Es war sehr hellhörig zum Flur. Man hörte die Sicherheitstüren auf dem Gang zu schlagen. Das Frühstück war spitze; sehr vielseitig.

El Check un se realiza en otro hotel a 200 metros. Tenés que ir caminando, hacer el check in y volver a tu hotel en el que no hay recepción. No hay ascensor. Al ingresar al pasillo de la habitación nos encontramos con un escalón no señalizado en el que casi caemos 2 veces. La habitación es pequeña pero tiene lo necesario. El wifi es bueno y el desayuno excelente. La única contra es que es en el otro hotel también por lo que lo debes tomar a 200 metros de tu alojamiento. No hay mucho transporte público cerca ni tiendas para comprar nada, todo está bastante alejado, es una zona residencial.
