"It was very difficult to check in as staff was not present and the phone was not answered and there was no exterior signage. The rooms were new and nicely appointed and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We needed to ask for a hair dryer and an iron as they were not in the room. "

"Ich hatte eine Doppelbettzimmer für mich und meine Freundin gebucht, stattdessen kriege ich zunächst einen Zimmer mit einem Hochbett, weil das andere Zimmer anderweitig in Verwendung war... nach langem diskutieren haben wir dann aufeinmal doch ein Doppelbett Zimmer bekommen.
